industriale ) \u00e8 fonte di <em>inquinamento acustico<\/em> riconosciuto come elemento di disturbo in sede amministrativa o giudiziaria.\r\n<br><br>\r\nViene quindi imposta la stesura di un piano nel quale devono essere indicati gli interventi necessari per la correzione acustica dell\u2019ambiente.<br>\r\nIl piano deve contenere anche le <em>opere di isolamento acustico<\/em> previste per riportare la situazione entro i livelli previsti dalle norme di legge vigenti.\r\n<br>\r\nI <em>piani di bonifica acustica<\/em> devono contenere anche le tempistiche previste per gli interventi di correzione acustica e, se richiesto, i livelli di <em>emissione acustica<\/em> che si vogliono raggiungere.\r\n<br><br>\r\nPer questo motivo i <em>piani di bonifica acustica<\/em> vengono definiti <em>piani di risanamento acustico<\/em> e sono gli strumenti previsionali grazie ai quali ridurre l\u2019inquinamento acustico ambientale sul territorio.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element remediation plans - What the law says<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d469b45 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d469b45\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI <em>piani di bonifica acustica<\/em> sono stati introdotti con il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minambiente.it\/sites\/default\/files\/dpcm_01_03_91.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">DPCM 1 Marzo 1991<\/a> e in seguito recepiti dalla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/1995\/10\/30\/095G0477\/sg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Legge 447\/1995<\/a>, la <strong>Legge quadro sull&#8217;inquinamento acustico<\/strong>.\n<br><br>\nIn queste norme si definisce l&#8217;<strong>inquinamento acustico<\/strong> come <em>&#8221; l&#8217;introduzione di rumore nell&#8217;ambiente abitativo o nell&#8217;ambiente esterno tale da provocare fastidio o disturbo al riposo ed alle attivit\u00e0 umane, pericolo per la salute umana, deterioramento degli ecosistemi, dei beni materiali, dei monumenti, dell&#8217;ambiente abitativo o dell&#8217;ambiente esterno o tale da interferire con le legittime fruizioni degli ambienti stessi &#8220;<\/em>.\n<br><br>\nPer ognuna delle aree omogenee dal punto di vista acustico nelle quali \u00e8 stato suddiviso l&#8217;ambiente o il territorio in esame, vengono determinati i <strong>valori limite delle sorgenti sonore<\/strong> usando ricettori di prossimit\u00e0 per effettuarne la <strong>misurazione<\/strong>.\n<br><br>\nI valori limite assoluti di immissione sono fissati per Decreto, in cui si fa anche distinzione tra i valori limite per gli orari notturni e quelli per gli orari diurni.\n<br><br>\nI <strong>piani di risanamento acustico<\/strong> devono riportare, per Legge, almeno i seguenti dati:\n<ul class=\"lista\">\n \t<li>identificazione di tutte le sorgenti di rumore presenti nelle zone da risanare, sia mobili sia fisse;<\/li>\n \t<li>le fonti di rumore vanno determinate attraverso <strong>misure fonometriche<\/strong> per descriverne l&#8217;entit\u00e0;<\/li>\n \t<li>devono essere descritte le attivit\u00e0 e priorit\u00e0 da mettere in atto oltre alle tempistiche stimate e le modalit\u00e0 da seguire.<\/li>\n \t<li>\u00e8 necessario indicare l&#8217;entit\u00e0 delle spese e quali siano i mezzi pi\u00f9 indicati per portare a termina la <strong>bonifica acustica<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSono inoltre resi obbligatori per Legge i collaudi in opera degli interventi.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
